Goal setting. I love this time of year in my personal development.

I review my wins, my losses. I am a planner by nature. I love working out a plan. Connecting the dots from A to Z, from where I start to where I am going. In fact I love this planning process so much that I have to be careful that I make sure that I get to the actual “doing” part of my goals. I admit that in the ready aim fire sequence I often find myself in the aim aim aim stage. This week let’s look at the 6 steps to creating goals worth accomplishing:

Year in review- paper and pencil
Where do I want to be on December 31, 2015- generally as a person
Determine my destination. Specific and focused
Plan the route- what 3 goals will get me to my destination
Set passion goals and ink em
Establish accountability

Goal setting makes all the difference- to reach your potential, you need to be committed to your goals. What are your goals for 2015?
